This work was created as a starting point for the many people who are considering a change: an expat situation, a departure from the 9-to-5, those who just need additional income in today’s world.

This book is not a standalone guide or, for that matter, a finished work. The very subject matter is a work in progress for every one of us. Brainstorm, articulate a resume whether you need one or not. The resume is a tool in the process. Continue to assess your assets and how to apply them. A life of experiences is a rich asset. Take inventory.

I hope the first several chapters allow you to focus and fertilize, to motivate your thought process. The later chapters are the nuts-and-bolts explanations of possible jobs. But, as you think outside the box, the list is endless. Apply these thoughts to whatever comes your way. For some, an idea may fall in your lap. For most, this will be a project to stir the pot. Expect the outcome and it will happen. This is what it is; I did not say to expect a miracle. Believe in them.

The world is shrinking due to advances in technology and the internet. Many savvy business owners are setting examples for individuals to work from anywhere. With just a laptop and a smartphone it is possible to work from anywhere and produce six- or even seven-figure earnings with your internet business. You are now welcome to the newest economy.

Working from anywhere is the dream for everyone. This is especially true for individuals who, for many years, have been tired of working in a dreaded 9-to-5 job for their boss. The thought of beginning their very own home-based business motivates them to quit their 9-to-5 job and start working from anywhere.

The best thing about technology and the internet is that we can now leverage business models like direct selling and multi-level marketing with systems that save time and eliminate the element of error that exists when you start a business for the first time. Moreover, technology and the internet make training techniques much more effective. This business is about how you can work from anywhere if you want to escape the everyday rat race, travel, or just work fewer hours so you can enjoy time with your friends and family.

To be successful in this, you must be motivated and seriously interested. If you are seriously interested in working from anywhere or working from home, you can find many ways to become successful. If you wish to work and want to spend time with your family, look for a part-time job whilst your kids are at school. If you have some goals to achieve, keep a full-time job for a shorter period but do not forget your kids.

Disadvantages Of Doing Work For Someone Else As Opposed To Working From Anywhere

It is not surprising that many people wish to quit their 9-to-5 jobs and be their own bosses after having experienced the huge drawbacks of working for a boss.

For instance, you may have to operate within fixed hours and then work for additional hours beyond your regular working hours. This often means you will have work when you do not want to work, as these work schedules can be extremely inconvenient and awkward (such as a shift that starts – or ends – at 3 am). You can eat your lunch only at a fixed time even if you are not hungry and have coffee or tea breaks as designated by your employer. At some companies, you cannot even go to the lavatory when you need to!

There are numerous benefits to working from anywhere, especially from home, but the most important ones that come to my mind are as follows.

Benefits Of Work-From-Anywhere Jobs

You can spend time with your family. This is among the greatest advantages.

You have a flexible schedule.

You rarely fall sick, as you do not travel in a polluted environment and you eat only homemade food.

You can take time off or take a vacation any time you want.

You can literally work from anywhere – even from the beach.

Because it is work from anywhere, you can work while you are on vacation. (Though I do not prefer this, I like to complete some very urgent tasks, like talking to my clients and taking on new assignments that I can complete once my vacation is over.)

You will have decreased expenses. You eliminate costs for lunches out, clothing, gas, parking, and traffic.

You save on medical bills as you will always be eating homemade food.

You have fewer workplace distractions.

You can work for more hours if required.

You can generate great income, even more than from your 9-to-5 job.

You’ll have a healthier physique, spirit, and thoughts!

The overhead associated with a work-from-anywhere business is low. You do not have to find a location to perform your business, and since you can work from home, you almost certainly own the equipment and furniture that are required. You need just a desk, internet
