Almost everybody has heard the name Mother Teresa in one circumstance or another – but what do we really know about her? We usually get the idea that she was religious and spent most of her life sacrificing her own comfort to help poor people. But often we do not learn more, unless we are learning more about her in school, or read an article about her because our interest has been kindled. What do we really know?

Mother Teresa's life often seems rather boring as she did not face big inner conflicts, and lived a rather uneventful, even ordinary life.
