Introduction

Believe it or not, the requisite materials for growing and cultivating can be simply and easily recreated indoors allowing you, your friends and family, to avoid pesticide free and unmodified fruits!
Contrary to popularly held belief the process is very easy, undemanding, and not costly. In fact, in the long run, growing your own food is cheaper than consistently buying organic fruits and vegetables from retail shops. Also, you get the satisfaction that comes with knowing that you growing, nurturing, cultivating, and sharing.
The process is easy and creating the correct outdoor condition indoors requires little more then being honest about any spatial or time limitations, thinking ahead, and planning. You do not need special equipment to start, no special water systems, timers, lights, or seeds are needed. In fact, because they are growing indoors they have less negative things to compete with or to overcome such as bugs or inclement weather; i.e. drought or and abundance of rain. Subsequently, with little to no real competition they should grow bigger, stronger, more vibrant, and tastier with vitamins and nutrients!
Growing vital fruit-bearing plants indoors does not take extra skill beyond the basics of horticulture. Like any other process, it is a bottom up procedure that requires little more than rudimentary tools and materials. However, for the first time indoor grower the process can be somewhat intimidating and lead one to always second guess, or doubt oneself. The idea of replicating basic natural conditions and processes necessary for plant growth is enough to prompt one to ‘shut down’ and opt for buying retail organics!
