    Voice of the Poet is the latest poetry book created by Author John Parry.All of his latest poems are works of visual literature in the form of Art. Poetry is expression in words. In this book, you will find a selection of poems on various subjects. The style and concepts will vary from prose to verses and ballads. Enjoy the art and read the poems for the poetry. All poems written are from the artist’s perspective on different experiences in life. The Poet first listens to what he hears in words that derive with meaning. A poem is a form of expression that is created from emotion. The art is words combined in a form of ancient story telling that dates back to the age of creation. Long ago, our primitive history evolved from our ancestral roots. Many things have come and gone since the time when the Earth was believed to have been the centerpiece for the story of the gods. Through time the world created their own legends and stories that have been passed on through one generation to the next leaving the young at heart to create their own stories. The Egyptian Hieroglyphs were forms of expression, when the Pharaohs were drawing on stone tablets inside the pyramids. Some of the greatest philosophers are poets, if we had to stop and think for a moment about where we come from then you would also have to ask yourself why we are here, or; what is our purpose in life.
