    Michelle’s rental car sped past Greenbrier Pkwy in the cool of the morning. Her flight from Chicago to Norfolk had been a short one. She was thankful that she didn’t have cramps like she usually got from long hours of sitting. She was on her way to Chesapeake. She was unsure of how bad things were with her mom. She had not been able to get to the hospital since she last spoke with her mother; that was before her mom was wheeled in for testing. Michelle thought things were now okay.
