A quick and such an informative read with very interesting points mentioned.
I'd definitely recommend it for all aspiring freelancers looking to use Upwork as their platform. I wish had this book 5 years ago.

Not really a book so much as a handful of poorly edited blog posts strung together. (A full 2/3's of the way through, we're told that "Upwork is a well-known website that allows ...service providers to bid on your work. If you're not familiar with Upwork, check it out." Thank you for that intro that should have come in Chapter 1.)

More importantly, there's almost no discussion of what sets Upwork apart from other freelance platforms. No explanation of connects, or Upwork's fee schedule, or whether it's worth upgrading your membership, or that fact that Upwork reserves the right to hit you with a VERY STIFF FINE if you take your clients off-platform.

Most of the advice isn't bad, just very general (personalize your bids, turn your work in on time, etc.). Look elsewhere if you want to know more about thriving on Upwork specifically.

I liked the key points, the flow of the book as well as the total length and structure. It made for quick easy reading. Maybe a review in ‘point form’ as a summary at end of each chapter, could also be a helpful addition.
