About this ebook
As the bar owner, Gwen knows her fair share of shady individuals. Every night a group of ragtag men make their way into her bar hoping to enjoy a nice cold beer after a long day. Ed is one of these men. As a star football player, he has a colored past that often leaves him with a vacant look in his eyes. Even so, Gwen finds herself falling for him. There is just one problem. He is part of The Sentinels a football team known for stirring trouble in Gwen’s bar. She is eager for Ed to leave the group but he is resistant. She doesn’t know what The Sentinels is actually a clan of bear shifters. Ed refuses to tell her about his dual nature as a bear, fearing it would scare her away. Gwen had a beer glass in her hand as her attention was driven toward the entrance of the bar. She had owned End Zone for nearly three years and so far she had built a reputation for the place.
