()
About this ebook
Every story has a beginning, a gestation period where everything takes time to manifest.
Before Natro, Resna, and Xavor ruled the kingdom of Jacmuir they were ordinary college students navigating their senior year at Jacmuir University. Xavor watched cautiously as Natro won over the Jacmuir University student body with the promise of a legendary Homecoming costume party aimed to win Resna’s heart. Xavor reluctantly helps Natro with his party plans with the pretense of finding the perfect time to tell Resna he has feelings for her. He’s not sure how Resna will react to his disclosure but he has to find out before Natro discovers their playful rivalry is actually a serious competition.
At the costume party, Xavor is forced to confront a secret from his past that will change Resna’s and Natro’s perception of him and seal their bond as friends forever.

Chapter One
XAVOR
I’m a problem solver. The more complex the problem, the more eager I am to get to the bottom of it. My intuition drives me deal with problems quickly, efficiently, so no added drama will be conflicted.
I guess that’s why everyone takes my advice. They like how I see more than one solution and can always find productive ways to deal with difficult things. For me, hearing a person’s problems ultimately reveals how their mind developed over time. And once I see how their psyche works, I can help them make sense of anything.
I guess that’s why I enjoy people watching.
I've been studying Natro from the moment he moved into the dorm across the hall, so I know how people light up when he comes into a room, and I see how girls whisper in huddles when he passes. He enjoys walking around campus like some famous pop star and behaving like no one would ever deny him a date.
