    Kate’s mind wasn’t on the job. It was on him. She moved the stapler back to its correct position beside the computer. He thought the internet’s anonymity provided sanctuary but anyone with a little knowledge could see past his use of proxies. She knew she was being stalked and she knew who was stalking her.     She clicked through to his Facebook page and scrolled down his friends list. She wasn’t on it. She had blocked him a long time ago. Two more women had been added to his list in the last week. Why then, when he seemed to have no problem finding new friends did he continue his covert surveillance of her?

As she paged through them she marvelled again at how easy it was to find out all sorts of information about a person when you put your mind to it.
