In this book, I combine philosophy with poetry in an effort to open the mind of the reader to spiritual enlightenment and artistic expression (abstract, realistic, and surrealistic). Where have creativity and originality gone over the years? Can they be restored, or are they great powers that once were?

I wrote this book as the final piece to my mission. My mission is to help people live healthier lives—mind, body, and soul. This book merges my mission and purpose with my passion. Some of you might ask how they connect. Here’s how it works: My philosophy is that everything is interconnected and creates a balance in our everyday lives. The stronger we are on all phases, the easier life becomes; with ease, comes less stress, and no stress equals a longer, healthier life.

To aid me in my mission, Solar-Flex was created. Solar-Flex is a training company focusing on growth, innovation, change, and exposure. The vision is to change and inspire individuals. This fulfills the connection between the mind and the body (mental and physical). Solar Verse is the final piece to the puzzle.
