Forward: Many thanks to my loving husband who inspired me to clean my house and take more pride in it. Oh Please!
This book is all about making changes for the better. It takes the house be cleaned
approach rather than the house be dirty
approach. It’s all about helping you change some habits so you can free up more of your time. At the end of this book there is a checklist to make sure you have all the right tools
to get the job done. I recommend you get these items ready to go so you can perform these cleaning tasks efficiently. Once you are set-up, you will be ready to streamline through your cleaning. Throughout this book you will notice asterisk* markings which will indicate safety reminders.
Get Caller ID - We can all avoid ridiculous phone calls by getting caller ID. I’ve saved so much time by not picking up the phone for unimportant phone calls! I love caller ID; I’ll never turn back! It’s very inexpensive and you’ll save oodles of time. Remember, just because the phone rings doesn’t mean you have to answer it! Get Caller ID.
If You’re a Chatterbox - Cut down on the chat time. Your friends are special, but you need to get things done! If you must chat, text or connect
in any way, allot so many minutes toward your chat time. If don’t budget your time, you will allow too much of it to become wasted. Get control girlfriend.
Pen & Paper - Keep pens and message pads by EVERY phone in the house. Looking around for pens or paper is a real waste of time. Instead, use message pads with carbonless paper. Office supply stores sell these and I’ve also seen these in grocery stores. Message pads are a great way to keep a diary
of phone numbers and messages long after you’ve ripped the top message off. You’ll be surprised to see after a year’s time how often you’ll return to that diary
. Use Carbonless only.
