How to hack your HOUSE WORK

Your kitchen is the hub of your home and needs to be kept to the highest hygiene standards for your health and that of your family. Doing the washing up every night and wiping down benchtops after each use are essential, but you also need to keep your appliances clean.

As a rule of thumb, you should check your fridge weekly for any food that is going off, as this is the best way to guard against mould and mildew.

You should also wipe up spills when they happen. Every three months, give your fridge a deep clean, removing all food and taking the opportunity to check the use-by dates on condiments and seldom-used items.
