Hi! My name is Zoe and I live in the leafy eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. I have two grown up children and various pets, including a very friendly snake. Although I am just beginning my publishing career, I have been writing stories for many years. They have received various accolades and prizes in local and national writing competitions, and a few have been published in smaller publications. I aim to write stories that are characterised by hope, resilience, and joy. That doesn't mean I shy away from difficult topics. In fact most of my stories involve situations that many children (and adults) may find themselves in, which are difficult and challenging. I hope through reading and engaging with these stories they will emerge stronger, and empowered to deal with the struggles and setbacks of life in a positive way.
