About this ebook
You don’t have to be a monk to enter the ultimate realm of happiness!
Yes, it’s true.
In his book Kundalini – An Untold Story, Himalayan ascetic Om Swami unveils the enigmatic story of kundalini, the formless aspect of the Goddess or your primordial energy.
With workable steps for awakening this energy source, the author explains the esoteric and practical meaning of kundalini and the seven chakras in his usual humorous style. These riveting anecdotes are based on his personal experience gained from years of intense meditation.
Take an awe-inspiring journey – something no other book on spirituality can offer – from the origins of kundalini all the way to Swami’s own sadhana in the modern age.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A great book to read really enjoyed the description. I highly recommend anyone to read this book to achieve the concept of mindfulness.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am a sceptic
Not easily accepting virtues said to exist in ancient customs and beliefs
As I grow older I realise there are many things beyond my understanding and have to accept that there are forces which can dominate our lives and emotions
I am writing this after enjoying the book , a book I readbeccause I could not go for work...corona phobia.
But have no regrets..have read a lot of useful stuff I would never have reached out other than my medical journals.I t was His play, I submit myself to His orders and practise Kundalini thinking of chakras
May be over few months I might find peace
