Introduction

This is book two in the series with forty more operations, on the Covert Digital Guerilla Warfare Strategy Operations. Volume two is packed with online newspaper articles to help the reader better understand his covert digital operations and his special brand of poetry. I posted this message on Aljazeera tonight however they have flagged my comment for review.

I gather this their way to stay involved. Personally they are better off seamless, however the choice is theirs to make and at this time they may feel I have too much influence over that part of the world.

I will email the student protesters before I retire tonight and hopefully this operation will prevent the protests from happening in Canada before they happen.

War Zone Children Cry

I see war verses prosperity in the snipers eyes

He is living his life daily, do or he dies

Crushed like rubble, thrown into a broken world

Bomb Blasts In Iraq's Sadr City Kill 16

At least 16 people have been killed by two blasts in Baghdad's predominantly Shia neighborhood of Sadr City, Iraqi security officials say.

Police said the bombs went off at the al-Hay market. They said the first exploded in a narrow alley.

As people gathered, a second, more powerful blast went off nearby, which caused most of the casualties.

The bombings come a day after the Iraqi capital suffered its worst attacks since August.

A barber in Sadr City, Hassan Rahim, said he was cutting a customer's hair when he heard the first explosion.

We rushed outside the shop and we saw fire and smoke near the houses, he said.

He went back in his shop to continue working, when the second bomb went off.

I saw dead people on the ground and several burning cars, the barber said.

"We helped take the wounded to the hospital until the arrival of the ambulances.

The security forces should do a better job, otherwise we expect more attacks in Sadr city, he said.

More people here are having the feeling that the security forces cannot protect people.

Bombing resurgence

On Wednesday, 22 people were killed when two suicide bombers detonated explosive-laden vehicles minutes apart.

One of the bombers struck at al-Wiya police station in central Baghdad, and another drove his car into a police checkpoint in the busy residential Hurriya neighborhood.

Six were killed in other bomb blasts on Wednesday and at least nine people died in three blasts in Baghdad on Monday.

It comes as the last 41,000 American troops still in Iraq prepare to withdraw by the end of the year.

In spite of a decline in violence since its peak in 2006 and 2007, attacks remain common.

Official figures said 185 Iraqis were killed in violence in September.

I really respect the old king of Iraq. He was brutal, yet a brilliant leader of his people. He was respected around the world as a strategist and an empowerment leader helping his people and nation. When you look at old video on Iraq you see the smiles and happiness in the civilian’s faces, creating the true spirit of Iraq.

Some people have the heart of a lion and are real heroes that sing like birds, and the video below is an example of one of these people that came from Iraq.

After you watch this video you realize what the bombings inside Iraq will create. The young man was an orphan, and that is what war and bomb blasts can create.

The young man had no hands and only part of his arms and this is a result of a bomb blast.

The war mongrels that came from the West to wage war on the King of Iraq and his people, wanted to teach the Iraq people to kill their own people. The war strategy was to teach the Iraq people guilty by association how to keep the people of Iraq killing each other. While living under the control of an invisible brutal terrorism psychology implanted into their society. At the same time the war occupation would use corporations to rape the mineral resources of that country.

As long as the people in the war zone are vulnerable and live under the threat of military or terrorism bomb blasts, created by their own civilians, they remain in the world of sadness. The fear created by psychology that produces negative energy, and through fear of being crippled or killed they are naturally prevented from becoming truly creative and powerful.

The bomb blasts in Iraq this week are an example of this theory and will encourage the occupying force to remain inside of Iraq and the Middle East and bomb even more in retaliation.

This idea to kill innocent people to look powerful is rooted in the wars the West waged on these beautiful people, and through violence, conditioned them to think violence retaliation equally powerful.

I created the theory of empowerment war, that creates a powerful empire teaching people peace plus prosperity equals power. Hopefully over time this old way of killing Muslims and Arabs or soldiers is on the way out the door.

By working in peaceful small strategy steps every week, I hope to share new strategy ways of becoming peacefully powerful in the Middle East. The Finance Minister is doing a wonderful job highlighting ideas and taking the lead role to help empower Greece out of their debt crisis.

This is my recommendation to help empower his reputation and position globally on this issue facing the world. If he would like to make a bigger impact, he may want to take his television financial presentation and covert it to a digital video and place it as a tool on You Tube. This would provide the people in his office with a link after they post the video on You Tube, and when he is writing to officials around the world he could enclose the link, and insure those best suited to seeing the interview could benefit more. The nice thing about You Tube verses television is you watch the information over and over at your convenience and not the television stations air time.

Canadian Economic Empowerment Strategies

As North America fights to grow jobs, tax credits are very beneficial to encourage corporations to grow our employment market. As the tax base capital created by corporation’s declines and the government tries to subsidize the corporation with a tax credits the economy job growth numbers improve slightly.

This appears to work however if you look at Texas in the USA you will see how this type of tax planning actually reduces the amount of lifestyle and money of the citizen, and naturally lowers the wage of the people living within Texas. Leaving the state with the highest per capita of people working for minimum wage and the least social programs created for government in the 52 states. In Texas they make less and spend less and are responsible for the latest 40% job growth statistics in the USA. Unfortunately they have the lowest scholastic score in education in all of the USA.

So in my opinion deregulation on corporations and lower taxes create a financial human slavery process. That eventually leads to a version of corporate communism created by offshore corporate manipulation. In my opinion, if the government is going to stay ahead of the global corporate jobs market game they need to be more creative with tax cut spending.

For example have one reduced tax rate for companies that manufacture onshore and sell their products in Canada and have another tax rate/small tariff on products for corporations that manufacture overseas and sell their products in Canada.

Countries like China will need to spend more in corporation tax incentive to keep the manufacturing in China, if they want to compete in the box stores like Wal-Mart that sell products in Canada or the USA or Europe.

Work like the Chinese business men and take one slice of profit at a time in multiple areas as you place pressure on the global markets to help rebalance the job growth markets in Canada the USA or Europe.

As a Canadian economy example every year slightly increase the tax base deduction for corporations manufacturing in Canada and to find the money to pay for the tax incentive slightly increase the tax deductions/product tariffs for corporations manufacturing overseas. As you add a small product tariff on the products imported into Canada you will influence job growth markets in Canada. If the government adopts this idea, after 5 years of shifting the tax base every year more and more jobs in manufacturing will naturally appear in Canada. Countries like China will need to create the tax cuts for corporations manufacturing in China to compete.

This approach will help both the Canadian government to look like the hero working with manufacturing and help
