It's late, I'm tired, and now my goddamn car has broken down. I can't fix it myself, and so my only option is to knock on the door of the only house around with any sign of life. 

There's just one problem. 

That's the clubhouse for the Brothers of Chaos, the baddest biker gang around. A shy girl like me stands no chance in there. 

Only, their leader, Rafe, spares me the attention of his cronies. He's huge, rippling with muscles, and covered in wild tattoos - but his eyes are mesmerizing. I try to push those thoughts aside though, because a guy like that would never be interested in a curvy girl like me...would he?

I rule around here. When this shy girl from out of town knocks at the door to the clubhouse one night, the boys are all ready to give her hell. I call them off though, for one main reason.

Andrea sat idly in her cubicle, giving serious thought to spinning around in her chair like a child. At least then she wouldn’t be so bored. She sighed and looked down at herself, noting that yes, just like yesterday, her pants were a bit too tight, her thighs spread a bit too much, her stomach not as flat as it could be... ugh. The sound of her desk phone ringing startled her so badly that she actually jumped.

Andrea Yeats, she said, slipping into her professional voice.

You were day dreaming, weren’t you? I never get the official greeting, came the amused voice on the other end of the line.

Jasmine! I’m working, what do you want? Andrea said with a laugh.

Come on, we’re going to the gym, her friend replied.

Andrea gave serious though to putting up a fight. She’d given up on being skinny years ago, plus her track record with men indicated that she only seemed to attract assholes and liars, so she wasn’t even remotely interested in dating right now.

But, there wasn’t any harm in getting in a good work out. She rolled back from her desk and pulled open the desk drawer that contained her workout bag.

Alright. I’ll meet you down there.

Jasmine snorted.

Have you been drinking or something? No fight?

Oh shut up and come on before I change my mind, Andrea said, laughing as she ended the call and stood, swinging the bag over her shoulder.
