Introduction
The mind is an intriguing fascinating aspect of the human brain. Even though, it is common to all human beings, the mind is unique and intricate in each individual. Understanding the mind, especially, in everyday living is very important. The state of the mind contributes more to well-being than the resources at one’s disposal. Therefore, individuals should seek the necessary professional help to overcome their minds’ struggles.
