Let us begin.
Christmas Eve, 00:00 midnight
A chime rings at the paper curtain door.
D42-66- b369 woke at the sound of it. Through blurred sleepy vision, the mentally challenged Man could see the body of an Old Fat Man at the door to his cell. The Old Senator was naked. He brought with him an erection between his legs, and an official Federal, ‘pairing’ permit in his left hand.
Still half asleep, D42 sat up on his repurposed cardboard slab. He knew what would come next, because it had come to him before. The last five people to wake him in his cell like this were men carrying permits for male with male pairing. The Man, D42 had been requested by the permit holder and approved again. ‘Damn,’ he thought. D42 found these encounters painful, but he remembered the teachings of the Federal Village on level one. ‘Your Government is only here to serve your best interest.’
As per the Federal Procreation Agency’s regulations, the donor handed the permit to the receptacle. D42 read what he could understand of the thing. With his left hand, the naked Old man waved his sensor implant. Both men read the instructions on the Cell Keeper’s screen. The unwanted visitor is authorized for a fifteen-minute session to satisfy himself with the Subject’s bodily cavities. That is all.
The Cell Keeper’s camera light went dim to afford the Senator his privacy. D42 and his new temporary partner were now, left alone. The Federal Paring Chip imbedded into the Government permit allowed the perverted Government Official to do anything he wanted to with his personally assigned receptacle.
The Senator turned his erection and his appetite to the waiting Man and placed his hard on near the Man’s young lips. Subject D42 opened his mouth and received the old one’s member. The Village taught him that to deny the permit meant a certain
