I am in my bedroom, listening nervously for Arlo to arrive. Arlo, my tall, shaven-head, brown-eyed Italian lover. The idea came when he told me for the third time about a fantasy he’d had as a college student. Apparently, my sweet and physically intimidating Italian really wants a nurse to examine him.
