At first, I considered every single thing that happened in my life as a curse. I saw it as me being punished for “something” because I felt “not good enough,” abandoned and not loved. I was in a constant state of separation, of loneliness, of fear of what others would think of me. I gave more and more of myself, being who they wanted me to be for them, so they would love me, and not abandon me. With the help from many teachers, guides and loved ones in the natural and in spiritual form, I began to take a serious look at what I was thinking and internalizing which kept me in an external reality of prison, misery, pain and suffering. I began to realize that everything I thought was a curse, was indeed a gift and misery changed to freedom, peace, joy, and love mostly for myself. I share my most intimate journey with you so you could see freedom and love for yourself is possible, once you know how.

Although I’ll often mention a church I grew up in in South Africa (of which my father and my ex-husband were priests, and my brother still is), please understand I’m not condemning their beliefs in any way.

To the contrary, if it weren’t for this particular church I never would have become the woman I am now. Their philosophies taught me to see everything spiritually rather than organically, which became the foundation for my beliefs today.

When we as humans fell from Grace, we created the darkness to be evil. We have evolved somewhat to move away from evil to begin to live. Darkness was never supposed to be such evil where violence, killings, murders, rape, and torture, that is still of this writing, going on fiercely in my beloved country, and still exists.

Darkness is not evil. Evil was created by humans from becoming stuck within the separation, loneliness, and dark emotions since leaving the oneness and wholeness of Source or what I call (the beginning point).

Do not confuse evil with darkness. Darkness will always be there. Darkness provides the space for light. In fact, you know by tonight there will be darkness to allow you to go to sleep and when you wake up, dawn will emerge to make space for sunlight. A fixed 24 hour day cycle.

Those who still rape and kill have not evolved to dwell in the higher level of light yet, and thus the reason they stay within the frequency of not Knowing until they become aware of the two energies existing on Earth. Until they learn about the fixed curriculum of Duality here on Earth, will they dwell within the darkness. They will stay asleep.

As a collective human race, we are evolving to rid Earth of this evil that we created when we fell from Grace. Darkness was never evil! Evil can not get to your higher level but you can go down to its lower level. It is when you are in that lower level that you will become it and it will have power over you. Give evil no power and it will move away from you. Evil will dissolve because it was created by humans from illusion, so it will disappear the same. Darkness cannot disappear neither can light. Evil can. It is an illusion created not by Source but by its powerful children from belief systems.

Do not feed into darkness and please I beg you, forgive evil. Send acceptance, love, light and forgiveness. That is your fight against it. Refuse to be a part of it. If you give it any attention you feed it. I am not saying do not defend yourself, or stay in denial and ignore it. If you cannot change any of it where you are in your current situation, then accept it for what it is. Acceptance is the opposite of fighting it.

To watch TV news about it and become angry, you are within the same energy as those doing it. Sending love, light, and acceptance, then to teach others to know the difference between these two energies is far greater than taking up a gun and going to fight for it or against it.

If you move into the frequency of love where trust, and the Knowing will be, that you will be protected, is a Knowing so strong that you will have dominion over all evil. It is your choice, your free will which one you will give more power to, which one you will feed. The darkness or the light.

Our work, and my reason for writing this book, is to bring awareness through my own personal discovery asking many questions. When answered, these questions can help us find the courage to not join into the frequency of darkness where fear, hate, discrimination, destruction, war, rape, killings, separation etc., still currently exists.

If we can all find the courage to force ourselves within the frequency of light where love, (and all that which is opposite of fear) exists rather than feed the frequency of them and us, then we might as a collective, begin to live in peace here on Earth.

It is absolutely natural to get angry, disgusted, and fearful when witnessing violence, war, and genocide, or to stress, worry, discriminate, judge, and blame when there is lack or shortage of money and resources.

Feeling with your emotions all this, is feeding into it. You do not have to partake in it to still feed it. Thinking, reading, talking, watching TV about it, is all still feeding into it.

It is NOT denial! It is making a conscious well-educated choice not to partake.

I’m sharing my question and answer sessions with Spirit, my guides and teachers to show you the process of discovering you are love and light as I have discovered, I am love and light.

So welcome dear reader to my personal journey of enlightenment, and how I came to love and appreciate my life unburdened by fear, self-doubt and misgivings. I hope that See the Gift, Not the Curse will help you find peace and resplendent happiness for the life you truly deserve as it did for me.

INTRODUCTION

Growing up, I considered every single thing that happened in my life as a curse. I saw it as me being punished for something because I felt not good enough. I felt abandoned and not loved. Now I know, that all of this is from, and living within, and being, in the frequency energy of fear. I learned that Earth has a fixed curriculum of Duality, and that we are here to learn about the two fixed energies. I learned we had to start at the darkness first. We had to start at separation, survival, loneliness, fear, etc., which is the opposite of where we are from, to experience Source in form, (physical matter). As Source’s intent was and is, to express itself in form.
