    The Ambassadors Guild established the ‘Sanctuary Project,’ centuries ago. The guild dispatched many seekers into the far reaches of the galaxy. They would look for any indications of advanced life. The mission of the probes, simply put, find civilized intelligence thriving on habitable planets, and bring them into the Galactic Common.
