      Who in the world thought it was a good idea to upload an ebook with such tiny print that you literally can't read it on a computer without a looking glass? Even trying to zoom in doesn't help. I am still scratching my head over this one. Hopefully someone will upload a copy of this text that is actually readable sometime in the not-so-distant future...
