About this ebook
Ashley loves her job as a high class call girl, entertaining the wealthiest vampires in the city, and why wouldn't she? The pay is amazing, the clientele are hot, and for a girl with a thing for vampires, she considers herself pretty darn lucky.
Things take a strange turn when her one of her regulars invites along a friend. She isn't afraid to entertain two vampires at once, but this stranger seems... familiar. As the night wears on, Ashley finally places the darkly handsome biker vampire. He's the first vampire that ever bit her!
She can't help but wonder how her life may have been different if Nathan hadn't bitten her savagely all those years earlier. After she confronts him, he seems contrite, then why is she still angry? More importantly, why is she so drawn to him?
When a jealous vampire conspires to keep them apart, Ashley vows to be done with Nathan. He's caused her nothing but grief, but her resolve falters when they come face to face again. When it comes to this particular vampire, why must her head and her heart be so conflicted, and which one will she choose to follow?

Chapter One
The first time I was bitten, I was barely more than a girl. I’d snuck out to secretly meet up with a friend when one of the bloodsuckers cornered me behind a neighbor’s shed. At the time I didn’t know he was a vampire, but I was still scared shitless. Before I could fight back, or even properly process what was happening, he had me pinned against the corrugated metal wall of the shed. I’d been sure he was about to rape me, possibly kill me. I remember the coldness of his skin as his hand muffled my cries for help, the way he had leaned in to sniff me, the feel of his breath against my face when he promised it wouldn’t hurt.
He lied. When he sank his fangs into me it hurt. Don’t believe anyone who says otherwise, because the first bite hurts like hell.
Then it doesn’t.
At that age I hadn’t had much experience with anything stronger than a few joints or the occasional wine cooler, but that first time being tasted is like the best drug in the world. That’s really all I can compare it to. One second I was clawing at him, fighting for my life. The next I was as limp as a rag doll in his arms. I felt warm and content, like I was floating and flying at the same time. Stars exploded behind my eyes and I shivered in pleasure with each supernova.
Did I think I was going to die? Sure, in a vague, distant way. That’s how good that first bite was. I thought he was going to kill me, and I didn’t care. I didn’t give one flying fuck. I just didn’t want it to stop.
Of course the first time is always the best. No one tells you that either. I’ve been bitten hundreds of times since then, easy, and not one has compared to that first. But it’s still pretty fantastic. Why else would I be in this business? Well, the money is pretty great. I won’t beat around the bush about that. I get paid big bucks for what I do.
Between that first bite and now, there were a few dark years though.
After the vampire had finished with me, he left me in a heap slumped up against that shed, and I forgot all about meeting up with my friend. I eventually got my bearings, stumbled home and climbed back in my window. Who knows why, but I didn’t immediately wake my parents. I guess I already knew no one would believe me, especially once I saw in the mirror that he hadn’t left a mark on me. My fingers traced over the place where he’d bit me and I shivered. I wanted more, even though I didn’t fully understand what had happened. Even though it scared me to death. I wanted it to happen again. I wanted to be bitten.
There are places one can go, seedy little joints spread out around the city. They don’t advertise, and some don’t even have a sign over the door. Vampires go there to have a snack, and girls like me go there to be that snack. The late nights out took their toll though. I dropped out of school and eventually ran away when my parents hassled me too much. I fell hard and heavy into the lifestyle. Hell, I even got my v-card punched by a vampire, if you can believe that.
It was just a matter of time before I gave myself over to the wrong sort of bloodsucker, the type that wanted the whole meal instead of a taste. It didn’t happen often, but often enough. Girls like me were a dime a dozen, runaways, castoffs, and the like. No one cared when one turned up dead, and the police typically looked the other way.
If Valerie hadn’t come along and taken me under her protection, I would have ended up like that sooner or later. Sometimes I like
