Samantha Kinkaid grew up in Northern Texas. She was always shy and reserved and throughout her teenage years she pined for Mr. Right. She saw the strong bond that her parents had and wished to have that bond as well. Her departure for college exposed her to a whole new world. She was the sheltered and she learned a lot about the way people interact romantically and how far some were willing to go to sustain or kindle a relationship. Her interest in this caused her to change her major to psychology. After she graduated she had more time to focus on her fiction writing. Through her writing, she exposes the reader to various kinds of relationships and how they develop.
