About this ebook
Come on an inspiring journey with a wheat seed named Milly. Milly is a talkative and excitable little seed who finds that she does not share very much with other seeds in her crop. The other wheat seeds use less energy talking and concentrate on being big and strong to make the most flour possible. Milly starts to question the normal pathway for wheat seeds, and with the help of a friend she considers other options for her life. Milly's quest shows bravery and determination as she navigates her own fulfilling future. Milly's story might just inspire you to achieve all of your own life dreams?

Chapter 1
Life on the farm
Milly was a wheat seed. She lived in a big farm paddock with lots of sun, open sky and very few trees. Milly was just one seed in a wheat ear that included 50 other seeds at the top of a wheat stem.
There were thousands of other wheat ears and millions of other wheat seeds in the crop which reached as far as you could see, was golden in colour and shimmered in the sunlight.
Milly’s wheat ear was at the edge of the crop so she could see a lot of things that were happening around her.
Milly could watch cars and trucks driving past on a nearby road, birds flying around the crop and some children playing in the next paddock.
Milly could even see the farmer’s house from her wheat stalk and she watched as his children and their friends played outside. Milly could hear the children talking about their adventures as they rode their bikes along the gravel track
