The contents of Volume 2 include: The Wholesale Trade Men's Garments - Grading for the Wholesale Trade - Ladies Garments and Men's Garments - Lays or Economy in Cutting - Cutting Ladies' Garments by Shoulder Measure System - Ladies' Leather Garments - Collar Cutting - The Tailors Shop - Window Dressing - Buying a Business - Insurance - Sales Letters - Bookkeeping - Advertising - Salesmanship - Technical and Textile Terms etc. Many of the earliest books on fashion and clothing , particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive.
