King Tut’s Undies
In 1323 BCE, the Egyptian boy king Tutankhamen was buried with lots of things that he might need in the afterlife, including 450 linen loincloths, simple bottom cover-ups.
King Tut’s underwear is now on display in a museum in Egypt.
A Private Party
For much of history, loincloths were the favorite underwear (and sometimes the only wear) for men, women, and kids all over the world.
To put it on, he tied the top ends of the triangle around his waist, brought the long end up in front between his legs,
