The Five Principles of Programmed Success
()
About this ebook
Success is a combination of variables which must occur in a certain way such that we can define it as such. Each person has their own way of looking for it but there are basic principles which we can use to get the whole system working together. Not that life is mechanical but in most cases every event is preceded by another event which then leads us to believe that there is at least a way to get to everything that exists. We still have a certain level of influence on most things and the point for us is to understand the most critical level of influence that is needed. It is like a chemical reaction. If you want to produce a certain type of product there must be just about the right fundamentals and elements present to be able to induce the chemical reaction. There is never too much knowledge; chaos and poverty are not the result of knowing but rather not having the knowledge to prevent the chaos. Most of us have left life to decide our fate for us and what we do is that we participate in a grand system in which things are already determined to come out in a certain way. We can influence anything in life but it is up to how we want tings to happen. Success is like lined up dominoes which must be put in the right place at the right time.

Introduction
There are five principles which when used appropriately one can become successful in life. These principles are as follows;
Relax, Focus and Control
Availability results in opportunity
All things are made up of smaller things
Organisation is next to perfection
Business is the provision of solutions
Let’s start with a calculation
Pen and Paper in hand: Life Objective Interrogation
What is your biggest reoccurring expense? e.g. $550
How much repetitive time do you need to pay for your biggest expense? e.g. one month
What is the value of your biggest asset? e.g. $10 000
Divide your biggest asset value with your biggest expense value e.g. 10 000/550=18.18.
Your best asset can cover your biggest expense for 18 months.
a) Are your life objectives really covering you?
b) Are you sure you are investing in the right place?
c) Are you working on the right income project?
d) Do you know the true meaning of your asset?
What the calculation shown above is asking you is, What is it that you own such that if things were to go wrong you could sell it and you would still be covered?
Your biggest asset could be investments somewhere; or it could be a car. The point in this is that in life you must be able to get cover in case things go wrong so that whilst you have cover against your biggest expenses you have a more stress free life to get things in order. So in the example above you could have 18 months in which you may be getting things in order without having to worry about your rentals? Would that not be great? The trouble is that most of us have no cover and we spend most of our time worrying about expenses instead of getting ahead in life. The truly rich know that basics are houses, cars, and investments that cover them for a while whether it rains or does not. The rest of the population believes that the basics in life are; food on the table and being able to afford going to a restaurant for coffee or a meal. So as long as we are covered in that regard we tell ourselves that we are happy yet we know we are missing important things in life.
The grass is always greener on the other side. When you do cross to that side you then need to learn that
1. Someone needs to water the grass
2. The weeds need to be removed regularly
3. The grass needs to be cut always
4. The right fertilizer is needed
5. The green grass needs to be protected from intruders
Yes, the grass is greener but it can only be green because someone is doing what you are not doing on your own side and the chances are high that on your side you are guilty of not doing what needs to be done to keep the grass green.
There are many things that we can do in life and many different interpretations of what success is. Everyone defines success in their own way which leads us to believe that success can be relative in most cases. Everything in this world can be influenced in one way or the other. We live in different systems which all have inputs, processes and outputs. Each of these; inputs, processes and outputs can be an influence in one way or the other. What does this have to do with success? Success is a combination of variables which must occur in a certain way such that we can define it as such. Each person has their own way of looking for it but there are basic principles which we can use to get the whole system working together. Not that life is mechanical but in most cases every event is preceded by another event which then leads us to believe that there is at least a way to get to everything that exists.
We normally work with computers and we program them in such a way that they can reproduce certain events and activities. The key to any computer program to function well is for it to be in a controlled environment in which the computer can function purely on its set path. Life however is not like that all the time in that there will always be that occasional surprise around the corner and we have to be able to deal with it at that point. We still have a certain level of influence on most things and the point for us is to understand the most critical level of influence that is needed. It is like a chemical reaction. If you want to produce a certain type of product there must be just about the right fundamentals and elements present to be able to induce the chemical reaction. Or perhaps we could consider a riot in any street; for the riot to turn violent there must be a certain amount of anger or frustration in the right quantities and the right number of people participating such that there is critical mass in order for the riot to turn violent. In most cases we must be able to find the critical substance or material needed in order for a situation to turn in a different way. A domino may fall in a particular direction but if it’s going to influence the other dominos to fall in the same direction then the distance between that domino and the next must just be about right.
In this book we are looking at the principles which if used correctly can result in success. These principles are looking at life and saying that if we have just about enough of them we can tilt life in a certain direction. We should be able to influence time, people, events and all that is around us. We chose the five principles because they are powerful enough in their own right to influence any person, event, society, nation and history. These principles may seem simple but their level of power is what shapes society and creates everything around us. Each one of us has used these principles but few of us have organised them into something more meaningful. The aim of this book is not to teach manipulation but rather to make us aware of how we can affect life and make changes all around us.
With the right amount of planning any person can change a country or world simply by being able to use one or two of these principles. There is never too much knowledge; chaos is not the result of knowing but rather not having the knowledge to prevent the chaos. Most of us have left life to decide our fate for us and what we do is that we participate in a grand system in which things are already determined to come out in a certain way. We go to university because it is predetermined for us already that we should go to university. The end result for most of us is that we will become employees somewhere, spend life chasing funds
