With less time being spent in the human world, this book worked a bit better for me than its predecessor did. On the whole it was a fun book that my kids and I enjoyed reading together.

Being whisked off to the land of fairies might seem like a dream to come true, but Tamisin is about to find out how dangerous that dream can be. Tamisin, a half-human, half-fairy, is kidnapped to the land of the fey. Her boyfriend Jak (half-goblin) goes on the dangerous mission to rescue her. Tamisin's biggest concern isn't returning to the human world, but surviving a group of fairies who are plotting to her kill her. E.D. Baker is the author of The Frog Princess.
