About this ebook

I think it was Lobsang Rampa who said that the littlest gods are the most powerful of all the gods. Perhaps by the end of this chapter you will understand why that is true. On the cover of this book I have given an artist's impression of what a typical little god looks like at its third stage when it is in the space/time universe and just about ready to hook up with a group of friends and form a particle of matter/energy. The tiny God Particle is the basic substance that creates and forms all types of matter/energy, and without it no matter/energy of any sort can exist. It originates as part of God the Father in pre-reality, where it is almost the same as a particle of thought, and it is constituted in inexhaustible trillions, held in reserve and fed into action by the Unqualified Absolute and the Deity Absolute from the Circle of Infinity in nether Paradise. Each of these particles is a carrier of the power and Will of God for the various roles of matter/energy in Creation.

Imperishable Glory Or God and the little gods - John Thwaytes

    Devil

    Chapter One

    The Beginning

The really strange thing is that there was never any beginning. That is because God was first the I AM Infinitude for an eternity before He got His act together and became a Personal Infinite Absolute as Father to the Eternal Son. Apparently, His main interest was in engendering the Eternal Son, rather than in constituting Himself as a Person, because He made the Son the Absolute Person, while He (although being the Absolute of Absolutes) has kept only an Unqualified Personality by which He can have trillions of subaltern personalities as well as being the Universal Father.

The Infinitude was a bit like a disorganized marsh full of every kind of raw material for anything and everything that could possibly exist. It was to some extent a chaotic fire of formless and discordant particles of pre-matter potential, similar to what is described in the Emerald Tablets of Thoth. Some people claim that those tablets were written by Gnostics, but I feel that they are infinitely superior to any certainly Gnostic writing I ever came across.

The thing we have to understand about Infinity is that it is only infinite in Eternity. If you take a snap-shot of it at any particular moment it is not then Infinite, because there is always more to come. But a snap-shot like that could only be part of a finite consciousness. The consciousness of the Infinity, on the other hand, really is infinite, because, for It, as soon as It applies Its Will to do something, however far in our future it may appear to be – to us – It sees it as immediately present and existent along a chain of infinite causality.

Included in that First application of Will is the resolution to become a Person by forming out of the self-existent a perfect and absolute Person. And so the It becomes He by constituting himself as Father to a perfect Son, who then constitutes the blueprint and template of all further Creation.

A good example of the foresight and fore-being of God is Chapter 45 of the Book of Isaiah, where He says: Fear not, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by name. You are mine…because you are precious in my sight, and honored, and I love you. That is called the absolute perfect tense in Hebrew, which means that when God has once made up His mind to do something, you can consider it done. This is true because, in the case of God, epistemology and ontology coincide. In other words, for God – and only for God -- knowing and doing is the same Act, and every Act of God is an absolute act. For that reason, First Thought and First Cause are the same fact, and both continue irreversibly forever, activated by the almighty divine Will. Another way of explaining that is that God always does what He knows to be for the best.

The First Thought of God never stops. It is going on right now, and will go on forever. And the First Thought is YOU. Not only the Eternal Son, but the whole chain of trillions of persons who will join the divine Family in consequence of that irrevocable First Thought.

However, one should also understand that infinity can go on getting bigger and better forever, even though it is just as much an on-going Infinity when it is smaller than when it is larger, just as good before it got better than after, just as great before it got greater than after. In God the potential and the actual merge into a single solution.

In Glenda Green’s book, The Keys of Jeshua, Jeshua tells us that infinity is a qualitative dimension of existence that integrates subjective and objective experience. It is a neutral center, a Zero Point of virgin homeostasis from which a gradient scale of multiple possibilities can expand. Jeshua also says that Truth is the quality of NOW that permeates all being. This implies that the intrinsic power of the Deity Infinity, considered as an unlimited self-existent intelligence, is to be, think, will, form, make, create and do whatever He desires without any restrictions whatsoever. For the Infinity, once a matter is decided, it is – in His own Mind and actual knowledge – fulfilled there and then at that very instant from Alpha to Omega, and nothing can stop it happening.

Incidentally, that is why He decided to control Creation through Seven Absolutes. He needed the last three of them to hold back what we call the future until we were ready for it, and dribble it into our consciousness bit by bit. That was the way He could gain enough practical experience through us to make the final organization of Creation absolutely perfect for all concerned. And that is exactly what He is doing and will do without fail. By that means true values and meanings will emerge with such massive power that all evil will simply evaporate and be replaced by perfect goodness and joy. Our role is that of co-creators with Him of this state of absolute bliss. And IMHO it’s about time we got on with it. Let us remember what Julian of Norwich told us: All will be well, and all manner of things will be well.

But I am getting ahead of myself. There is much more to consider about the beginning before we approach the middle or the end. From all eternity, even before He got organized, God was the one I AM. He was infinite consciousness, thought, and intelligence. Yet, while being such, He had to face conflict with the impersonal and chaotic swampy portions of the Infinitude. I am going far beyond what has been revealed when I tell you that IMHO I believe that, most probably God was severely tried and tested during His struggle to organize the Infinitude: not tested by any higher being, for there is none higher than He; but His own character was tested by a review and selection of an infinite range of possible futures and alternative strategies for existence. In considering each of these alternatives, His intrinsic power of omniscience enabled Him to see the end from the beginning, and weigh all consequences. The first consideration for Him was survival: not the survival of Him as distinct from the Infinitude, but the survival of the totality. It must have been apparent to His Infinite and Absolute Mind that eternal survival could not otherwise be accomplished. In order to survive as a totality, whatever He did must be fully sustainable. This could not be attained in a selfish format of isolation, but only in a social organization of a pattern similar to a Family. Accordingly, His character became fortified in the direction of a powerfully intelligent comprehension of Unity, Love, Life, Respect, Honesty, Justice, and Kindness. And these powerful force fields of His consciousness were fortified by the aspirations of Innocence, Compassion, Abundance, Wisdom, Peace, Forgiveness, and Joy. These were the Seven sparkling facets of infinite consciousness that He granted also to each of us when He created our personality in His own image, containing the seed of our soul. These are the real clue to that bright compass needle, the Will of God, which we are asked to respect only because It is the only possible strategy for sustainability, and, therefore, survival in the long term.

This concern for sustainability of all that exists led Him to His brilliant First Thought, which is still going on, and will continue forever. From a theological standpoint His First Thought was the Word of God, which is the Infinite and Absolute Personality of His Eternal Son, Whom He engendered eternally as the blue-print and template of all Creation. But this First Thought included not only the Eternal Son but also every single person that God would create further on down the road, including you and me. In effect the thrust of His First Thought is YOU, the you, meaning all the members of His infinitely great Family.

Along with engendering the Son, He also eventuated eternal Paradise as the dwelling place of the three eternal and infinite Deities as well as the repository for all the impersonal but perfectly organized facets of the Creation to come, so that it would function both as the residence of the Infinite Deities and as the pattern and store-house for all material aspects of the Creation. Eventuated beings are not created in time but co-exist with God in eternity. By that stage of creation, large sections of the swampy Infinitude had become well organized as eventuated beings.

God then reviewed all His plans with His co-equal, infinite, absolute, and eternal Son. Together they engendered the Infinite Spirit to carry out all these plans as the Conjoint Actor and Infinite Mind of God. As soon as the Infinite Spirit existed He perfectly understood all His functions required for carrying out the plans of the Father and the Son. Immediately He created new worlds outside of Paradise, including the one billion huge and perfect and inhabited worlds of Havona, which sprang into existence instantly. These worlds were rather more eventuated than created, because they were eternal in the same way as the Father, the Son, and the Infinite Spirit were eternal. Creation as we know it really started with the Infinite Spirit, because, in combination with the Father and the Son, He controls the Infinite Mind of God, which He is, and only mind can combine the activities of spirit and matter/energy systematically.

God also set up the Holy Trinity. Father, Son and Spirit are persons, but the Holy Trinity is not a person but a corporation.

    TUB tells us:

"(1167.4) 106:5.3 Trinities are, in and of themselves, not personal, but neither do they contravene personality.

Rather do they encompass it and correlate it, in a collective sense, with impersonal functions. Trinities are, then, always deity reality but never personality reality. The personality aspects of a trinity are inherent in its individual members, and as individual persons they are not that trinity. Only as a collective are they trinity; that is trinity. But always is trinity inclusive of all encompassed deity; trinity is deity unity."

The Holy Trinity includes the three Infinite, Absolute and Eternal Paradise Deities (Father, Son, and Infinite Spirit) but it combines their joint personal qualities with many other aspects of reality and deals with the totality. That is why the Holy Trinity is God. God always deals with the totality. Although the I AM by Himself is God, and the Father is, in effect, the actual personality aspect of the I AM, God always acts on the totality through the Holy Trinity, in which He shares His Godhead with His Infinite and Absolute Partners, the Eternal Son and the Holy Spirit. How can the Son and Spirit be eternal when the Father gave birth to them? The answer is that He CONFERRED eternity upon them in some way that it is impossible for us to understand. But part of it IMHO might have been to confer all His MEMORIES upon them. That’s as close as I can get to making sense of
