- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book takes the readers on an adventure through outer space. Mentioning the sun, planets, and stars, children will have a better understanding of the solar system. At the end of the book, all the plantes are named and it contains facts about each one. Also there are related vocabulary words pertaining to the solar system but they are mentioned in the book.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is a very cute book about stars. This book would be a great introduction for kindergarteners or 1st graders.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Stars! Stars! Stars! is a very fun and informative picture book for little kids. Learning about the planets and other objects in our universe is difficult to learn, but Bob Barber does an excellent job of conveying this information until its simplest form for children to understand. I love at the end of the book how Bob Barber also provides information on all the planets and other objects. This book is awesome for a child who would like to know more about the universe.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Educational picture book with rhyming text and beautiful pictures.
The section entitled "Meet the Planets" is more didactic with simpler pictures, suitable for older children.
The section "Meet the Universe" is boring, all text an no pictures. There is room for improvement.
