I dedicate this book to three people who I loved dearly, who were very close to me, and who passed away: my cousin Leonard William Billy Faggs—we were close friends since age 5; my cousin Denise Nee Nee Burns—we were close since age 10; and, finally, Andre Harris, who was a childhood friend when I was growing up in the Bronx, NY.
