About this ebook
Melanie is ready to start her life.
This means moving out of her parents' house, and renting her own place.
The first apartment she views spikes her interest immediately, but it isn't so much the apartment itself that seals the deal for her, it's more what she sees across the street.
After moving in, she gets a chance to meet her new neighbour, the object of her recent fantasies.
She quickly finds out that the attraction for him isn't a one way thing, he is attracted to her as well.

My New Apartment - Elodie Short
Chapter 1
––––––––
After being shown around the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, I stand in the living room and stop to take a look out of the window. The first thing I notice is the big floor to ceiling window in the apartment right opposite this building. And in that window, straight across from this one, I see the most spectacular view I have ever witnessed. Right across from me, stands the most handsome looking guy I have ever seen.
Just that view alone, is worth every penny the landlord is asking for in rent for this place.

he asks with a raised eyebrow.
Yes, Dad.

the landlord nods at me politely. Make sure to bring a guardian, you need someone to co-sign. In case you can’t make the rent for whatever reason, we’ll have to have a second name on file.
he finishes as he shows us out of the door.

It’s Friday morning and it has been nearly three weeks since I signed all the papers, but it is finally time for me to collect my keys. I can't wait to get to my apartment. Ever since the day I went to see this building, I can't stop thinking of the man across the street and time hasn’t gone fast enough for me to see him again.
My fantasies can only go so far, and he is very slowly fading away from
