Chapter One

City Girl Seduction

The countryside was awful. Nothing ever happened on the farm that Chloe had been exiled to, and there was no one to talk to but her Aunt Nora. She wasn’t even Chloe’s real aunt, but her stepfather’s sister. Between that and the relatively small age difference between the two women—Chloe was eighteen and barely out of high school, and Nora probably hadn’t even hit thirty yet—there should have been plenty of socialization going on.
