Real Estate EMPIRE takes players through three exciting stages of growth. When the game begins, players have limited resources and highly vulnerable. A bad decision can cost the game. However, those who succeed in building their wealth are ready to meet the next challenge.

The second stage comes into effect twenty or thirty minutes into the game. All players are financially secure and each competes against the other for the last remaining properties and buildings. The game becomes more competitive as players make crucial decisions to maximize the value of their investments.

As the game progresses player fortunes are used to create empires or prevent opponents from doing so. During this final battle for supremacy, one player will emerge as the winner.
