Hello and thanks for stopping by. I was born in the old Soviet Union in Volgograd (previously Stalingrad). In 2002 I came to the United States and am currently living in the Portland, Oregon area.In my career I have been a engineer, journalist, and photographer. My photos have been shown in Volgograd galleries.I have published on Smashwords a journal of Russian haiku and pictures (with English translations). Currently I am a backyard beekeeper and helping out the Russian Foundation for the Arts in Portland (RUFFA). Mainly, we have been bringing in what are called "bards".
