INTRODUCTION

This story is about a man called Mr. Jim Durbin. He’s a mortician in a small town of 20,000, he loves art and likes to paint and doodle all the time.

Problem is Jim has developed a new fetish, enchanted by life after death; Jim brings the spirits to life of those he’s prepared for burial, only he depicts them in his artwork as spirits being tortured in the next world.

Jim is a very good artist, and while some people with a morbid fascination with his afterlife drawings like them as well, his wife Sally thinks they are horrendous and so do some of her friends.

Being the bossy wife that she is, Sally and her friend Jenny decide to put a stop to Jim’s artistic endeavors by burning up all his paintings.

This sends Jim {Mr. Durban} over the edge and he decides to start a new collection of artistic beauty, human ears. Sally has turned Jim into the most wanted man in their state, and causes the decision of her own fate.
