THE STORY SO FAR
Art gallery curator Lisa is fascinated by a painting, Man in Blue by Gainsborough, but she worries it’s a forgery. Equally fascinated is handsome gallery visitor Drew. While chatting to Drew about the painting, she glimpses someone who looks identical to the Man in Blue. He leaves before she can approach him. When Drew and Lisa talk the next day, she spots this man again – but Drew says he can’t see him. That night, Lisa dreams she is in the painting being chased by the unknown man. The next morning, she learns that Man in Blue has been stolen. Her boss Mr Quenton wonders if she gave Drew the security information he needed to steal the artwork, and now she is a suspect too. Following her only lead, Lisa drives to the home of the family who sold the painting to the gallery. When the door is opened, Lisa is horrified by the person who greets her.

Lisa stared. Standing in front of her was Joseph Bellecourt, the man from the picture Man in Blue, and from her nightmare.
‘I’m Sebastain Bellecourt,’ the man went on. ‘Is there anything I can do for you?’
‘Sebastian?’
‘Well, my friends call me Seb,’ he grinned. ‘I say, are you all right? You look a little peaky.’
‘I’m fine thank you. I’ll just…’ She turned quickly to walk away.
