The Vril Salvation Volume 1: B.L.O.O.D.

About this ebook
Vril is a power that can be used to create or destroy. To be taught to harness this power is only given to a select few throughout history. They are the only souls who exhibit the ability to be trusted with the knowledge of Vril, and they are the Vampires. Lilith chose each of her children carefully and now they will show that she chose correctly. Our world is faced with evil ones with a plan so unimaginable that most refuse to believe it. The Vampires know that every move they make must be carefully orchestrated, so they choose Cassandra and Darius, two humans chosen by Lilith, who must build an alliance between the humans and Vampires in order to stop their assured mutual destruction.
Cassandra and Darius are firmly planted in their belief of the real world, where Vampires are fictional monsters to be feared and Osiris is a mythical god from Ancient Egypt. The new reality is a lot to take in, and trying to take down the elite of the New World Order is almost too much, even when you have Vampires on your side.

Dedication
I want to thank my lovely children, Alex and Ben, and my fiancé Matt for being patient and understanding. Turns out, it isn’t easy to write a book! There were many emotional ups and downs to bring this to the light of day. Even though this story isn’t done because I still have several more volumes to go, I know you will all support me in my journey into becoming an author.
I also want to thank Nicholas Partin, my illustrator/cover art designer for his belief in this project and for threatening to write this book himself, if I didn’t.

Prologue
She was very pleased at how this night was blessed with such beauty. The perfect setting for such a special occasional. Looking to the sky, it was filled with stars! Lilith loved to look at the stars for hours, giving thanks for everything they have given to her. She had lead many, many of these ceremonies but this one was different. If she didn’t know better she would say she was actually nervous. Of course her intimate feelings for him were partly to blame for the nerves; his destiny that lies before him is also to blame. He would truly be a present to their kind, and for this she had prepared him a present as well. It had turned out even more striking than she imagined. It would indeed commemorate this night as the night the world received him as their present, a gift to humans and vampires alike.
I cannot express my gratitude that you all have joined us here. This may now seem a desolate location for such a beautiful ceremony. I have seen what is to come, and this will be a land of endless wonder and scholarship one day. All of our opening ceremonies are unique and special in their own right, this one in particularly marks the beginning of an entity of particularly unique greatness. He will be our and their salvation. He will one day be worshiped as a god. For these reasons, we are here in Egypt this night to see the creation of this greatness. This vernal equinox marks the beginning of the Age of Leo; hence the construction of this stunning statue of the Great Lion looking over his land and people just as Osiris will do one day. In just a few thousand years, his people will establish a great civilization here.
She pauses for a moment, bows her head and closes her eyes as if to pray. She raises her head and opens her eyes. Please bring forward the recipient of the opening.
Lilith always captivates her audience with her grace and beauty. Tonight she is wearing a lavender flowing gown that makes her look as if she is floating on the wind. Her dark waist length hair drapes gentle over her bare golden shoulders. Her children are new, comparatively speaking, but there is no question of their longevity. They accept the responsibility that comes with their great power, power given to each and every one of them by Lilith. She is their creator, their mother, their queen.
Osiris is brought to stand in front of Lilith. He is led by two females, both wearing delicate yellow wraps that barely cover their perfectly shaped bodies as they shine under the gorgeous moonlight. The air is crisp and warm, almost sweet smelling; the perfect atmosphere for his opening. Osiris notices the ladies beauty and revealing dress, but his focus has always been on Lilith. She has captivated him: heart and soul, which was her plan all along. He had captured her as well. Her process of choosing her children was rigorous. The power they yield could be very dangerous with a person not of pure mind, body, and soul. However, she knew right away that this soul was worthy. Still, she observed him from a distance for many years, almost since his human birth. Never before had she seen another human exhibit such valor, such humility with an unending servitude to his kind. Lilith knew that once he was vampire, he would give of himself completely to her other vampire children.
Osiris, you stand here tonight before your brothers and sisters to be opened. Opened to the power of Vril and opened to the truth. I have chosen this sight for its future importance in whom you will become. Soon, you will understand all of this as you are opened to the universe and the universe is opened to you.

Cassandra awakens 7 minutes before her alarm is set to go off. Why the hell am I so eager to wake up?
