    Meet Kieron

Ssh… Gilbert’s getting an earful. You don’t want Dad noticing you too, do you? Come with me to the kitchen. Softly does it. There we go. Now, tea or coffee? You’re a friend of Gilbert, aren’t you? I’m his older brother Kieron — the handsome smart one. He might have mentioned me. No? He didn’t! Well, pleased to meet you. Yeah, Dad’s really giving it to him. Haven’t heard him rant and rave like that since… ooh I was in college and Celia Martin… But you don’t want to hear about that. The thing is what do we do about Wee Bert? After all it’s not really his fault now, is it? What do you mean ‘What’s not his fault?’ You mean you really don’t know? Where have you been — the South Pole? Well, it’s partly my fault… You see it all started, I suppose, when I stood in for Dougie’s tour. You know Cullen Skink Tours — We Don’t Just Angle For A Good Time! Yeah, that’s the one. Everyone’s telling me I talk too much, and here was my chance to earn some money for it, right?

So anyways, here’s me with a tour of eleven — three Aussies, three Canadians, one American, one South African, a couple of French and a Spaniard all doing the Three-day Tour. Done the Wallace Monument. Done the Glencoe Bad Bad
