About this ebook
Congress finally took action, but the issues of the Fiscal Cliff still loom in the future. We'll be tumbling down this Fiscal Cliff for a few years. What they did was call it something else - Quantitative Easing - and pushed it down the road so they didn't have to deal with it.
This short book reviews the issues that faced us in the original Fiscal Cliff. Most of those issues remain as of this writing (September, 2016).
Do you know the effect the Fiscal Cliff can have on you and your family? Do you know how to prepare for it? You CAN do some things to help yourself now.
Get informed and take action now.

In late summer of 2012 we went to a conference (it wasn't even a financial conference) and one of the speakers ominously mentioned the fiscal cliff.
We looked at each other and asked What can we do to prepare for this?
For the next few weeks we asked our friends, many of them much more financially literate than we are, and none of them had any advice. Some heard of the fiscal cliff and some could even tell us what comprised part of the cliff, but they didn't have any good advice on what to do.
