Building Insight into Your Future

It is with great enthusiasm I welcome you into the diverse world of inspection and property ownership! You can never be 100% sure of what you are getting for the money, the best that any of us can do is educate ourselves to reduce the risks involved. Even now after my combined 25 years of building, renovating and inspection, I am still seeing new and unique issues. This photo ebook is # 5 in a series of # 17, compiled to give you an easy way to see and understand some of the many issues that I discuss with home buyers every day. Please take note that this information is in no way intended as a complete guide to the investigation of a property. It is intended to give you a clear concise look at more relevant information, omitting most minor or maintenance related issues. The photos in each of the ebooks are of actual issues and have been modified for better description or to protect the identity of the home. Most of the deficiencies in these books have likely changed due
