Allene Angelica lives in Cebu City, Cebu Philippines. She is the mother of three beautiful children, loves animals and surrounds herself with friends and family that are genuinely supportive of her endeavors. She is addicted to coffee and can not start a day without at least one cup. She has been known to daydream and you will often catch her looking off into the distance. She loves to read, read and read. Did I mention she loves to read? One of her passions is dancing. She can dance for hours. She wrote her first story and created her first book (even drew the illustrations) when she was around 8 or 9 years of age for her school book fair. She's been writing poems and stories ever since. A few years ago she started posting them on a blog. She hopes you enjoy her poems and would love to hear from you. She welcomes all constructive criticism, keyword constructive. After Adara's adventure with the beautiful four her parents, Robert and Lenore, kept her on a tighter leash more than ever. They were shocked and angry to discover she had not been at the library as she had stated she would be. When she had come home that night appearing as if she had been traipsing in the woods, they demanded to know what she had been up to. Then, when she pulled the athame out of her pocket her mother nearly fainted. Her father, of course, had the opposite reaction. He almost didn't know whether to catch his wife before she hit the polished wood floor or take the blade from Adara. Naturally, he caught his wife while his eyes lit up in eagerness staring at the dagger in his daughter's hand. It was an amazing acquisition. He questioned her repeatedly on how she managed to attain it. She explained the entire scenario from start to finish several times. Despite being angry with her, they both agreed that those girls deserved their fate because if it hadn't been Adara they brought out to those woods, it would have been a human child who couldn't protect themselves and would likely have died at their hands.
