I'm Judith Atkinson and I am a wife, a mother, entrepreneur, mentor, teacher and MLMer. I had a very successful career in primary education as a Head Teacher and was head hunted for adviser positions by the local authority. After many happy years in my loved and chosen profession things began to change into a bureaucratic paper and reporting activity.The time came to escape The Rat Race and look for FRESH FIELDS. My focus is on empowering women around the globe as key agents for change. I want to encourage them to search for renewed purpose, passion and fulfillment from the inside out. Our world is at a pivotal point of evolution and women are becoming empowered and inspired. Introduction

If you are reading this then you know that I have published my book and manifested one of my dreams and goals.

This is the journey of how it all came together and changed my life. When I started this I had no idea if I could even write a book or what I wanted to say. I was feeling driven with great desire to investigate what had led me to this point in my life and if there was a better way to move forward and achieve my purpose and destiny. I needed to know what I could achieve and what I was truly meant to be and do in this life. I believe that deep down most people would love to relieve the everydayness of their lives and live to a higher vision or purpose but don’t understand that they already have everything within them if they undersgtood where to look and how to access it. I do hope my book helps many of you to begin asking questions about your lives. We are all born to be abundant and live lives of prosperity. It is my dearest wiosh that I may be able to offer some insight to help you on your journey of exploration.

As far publishing and editing I had no idea about how to approach any of this, it all had to be researched.

I quickly learnt that it is a road of many refusals by publishers and that there would be many hoops to jump through as a new and yet unpublished author. Then there was editing grammar and content at a cost. It could cost thousands just to get your book out there.

I had absolutely no idea about layout, book cover design, spines, bleed, and gutters.

How did I personally measure up to the completion of this task? ?

How do I organize this into a Word Document and then transfer to a PDF file?

Then there is the matter of finding the best fonts and ensuring they are attached to your PDF files.

Oh! and of course you have to purchase your ISBN number. I knew what they were but no idea what they were composed of or where to obtain one and which one?

Aha, now we need a bar code!

I discovered Create Space via Amazon which was self publishing and FREE to do. This was going to be my option. Hmm!!!!! I wonder what the percentage charges would be and would I actually have any profit?

Phew! Well having worked my way through that I now had to work out a system for marketing my book.

I knew I could utilize all my social network connections and my blog but they would all have to be upgraded and adapted; my Blog, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

Off line marketing was another new challenge. I needed access to book shops in UK and US. Must approach journals, magazines and newspapers with my press releases.

As you can see I’ve done it!!!! Yipeee!!!! It’s not a scientific journal or high literature but a human story of my journey and discoveries of how to live a better life, share what I know with other women and have an impact on the future of our universe. I believed that I am now equipped to help others achieve their purpose and live their dreams. This was my path to leading an authentic life and living my goals.

If I can do this what can you achieve for your life?

What Price Success?

My goodness, how the heaven’s have moved since I committed to write this book in July to prove to myself that the Law of Attraction worked. Since that time the right books, courses, people and information turn up just when I need them. I understand now that I am worth all the success I desire… …but what does it take?

Ready? It takes everything. I repeat: It takes everything you’ve got.

Disney went bankrupt many times before he succeeded. Einstein only won the game by his failures. We must refuse to lose. We must stop the cycle of giving up. You can change your future. It doesn’t matter if your eighteen or seventy eight. Age or circumstances don’t matter. Are you ready to take a challenge like me?

Sometimes we look at successful people and assume they have no problems or challenges. Everyone faces challenges. The important thing is how you overcome those challenges. See obstacles only as stepping stones. When you watch a small child learning to walk, every time it falls it picks itself up again. It helps if you read about successful people from all walks of life. Some people have succeeded against all odds.

This is the cost of living your dream and your success, whatever success means to you.

Yes you need a strong BELIEF SYSTEM. Unbreachable!

Here’s an example of what I mean.

I happened to be a watching a film, only last night. Law of Attraction at Work?

Read on.

The film starred Mel Gibson. He had been a fighter pilot during the first world war. His childhood sweetheart is involved in a car accidence and goes into a deep coma. After about 6 months he asks to be frozen in time until she comes out of the coma. He believed she would come back to him!!! His friend had been experimenting with freezing bodies. He requested that he become a guinea pig for the project but with no guarantees. So strong was his love for his sweetheart and his belief….

Fifty years later through two young children playing and being in a place of special security, when they touched the machine that housed the frozen body. The machine begins to operate and he returns to life, totally confused. This was some years after he had been frozen

However, the young boys befriend him. One day they build a toy aero plane in the tree house with all the knobs, dials, brakes etc. a sort of toy simulator.

At that time there happened to be an air show in the area with planes just like the ones he used to fly. He avoids security and heads towards a plane and jumps in and starts to take off. To his surprise the young boy had somehow managed to also jump into the plane unseen.

As they fly the plane we see the pilot physically aging. Are you ready for this?

The pilot hands over the real controls to the child (Elija Wood) and YES he flies the plane and lands it safely. It was a riveting, pivotal scene feeding off each other’s imagination.

All this from a dream, visualization and play. What kind of trust and belief is that?

BELIEF IN HIMSELF THAT HE COULD DO IT.

If a child can do it so can you and I.

I believe we have to get out of our heads and our own way and learn to believe and feel again like we all did as a child. What beliefs and dreams did you have as a child?

The little boy did not ask ‘What if I fail?’ ’What if the landing is not perfect?’ He took the necessary action.

So what would be the cost of you not taking your action and living your dream?

Mine would be to leave this world unfulfilled. I’m going to be true to my inner self and come what may I will drag myself over the finishing line this time without be sabotaged.

So why do people sabotage themselves? What are their limiting beliefs? How strong is their self esteem and self- worth? What value do they put on themselves?

I know I’ve had a few issues here that developed over the years.

Self Esteem was one of my limiting beliefs and behaviors.

Lack of self esteem can wreak havoc.

It can be the difference between success and failure.

It affects you values, emotions, gives negative feelings and a lack of self confidence.

Does any of this sound familiar to you?

How can you value other people is you don’t value yourself?

You have to become your own super hero.

This goes back again to belief and desire and what your thoughts are. Are you Committed to success (Do what it takes.) or just Interested?

You can never outperform your own self image, so step one is to change and master your thoughts and limiting beliefs. Your brain is not hardwired for life (but that’s a story for another day.) You can change in the twinkling of an eye.

I know many of you were taught and still believe that the older we get the more ruts we get in our brain and that we can’t change. Science is now proving that to be a fallacy and those ‘little grey cells’ like Inspector Poirot’s can grow and change for the better. Your inner believes and game will determine your outer reality.

So self esteem is being who we truly are not truly what we do.

Here’s my plan to increase my Self Esteem:

Put into ACTION my plan for my dreams and goals

Live it daily.

Remove all negative thoughts. They still appear but I shout ‘Go away!’

NEXT!!!!!!! Use the Law of Attraction.

Now you are improving your self esteem you can invest in yourself and improve your own self worth /value and not just financial. Once you increase yourself/worth, your net/ worth / financial will increase because you hold more value and are able to give more value. What value are you able to give?

Start now today and you will begin to see you self confidence go through the roof.

Look within for the validation, the without will naturally appear.
