The Canary Islands are great travel destinations if you are looking for beaches, sunny skies, and spectacular landscapes. It’s practically summer all year round in this area, where each island is unique and is very different from the rest, but all equally beautiful and rich in culture.

The Canary Islands, also known as the Canaries, are made up of several large islands, Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzote, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, and La Graciosa. Geographically they are part of the African Continent, but are legally recognized as a nationality of Spain and are part of the European Union.

If you want an all-out summer vacation with sand, beaches, and sunshine, the Canary Islands are a good choice to make. There is not only plenty of sunshine, but there are numerous activities to participate in. There are also many tracks for biking and hiking.
