About this ebook

A collection of three horror stories all with very surprising twists in the plots. These stories explore the human psyche to an extent and truly show what the human mind and maybe inhumane mind is capable of. Sometimes people are either good or evil, sometimes they are both as this book explores.

    Snaps and Blood

She felt her heart throb as he grasped her arm firmly out of fear. She could hear his almost gasping breath as they stood motionless on the slope of the hill. In the dark of the night, they could see nothing and could do nothing except feel the long blades of grass now almost like whips, stinging their legs. Jade tried in vain to find John’s warm, sparkling blue eyes through the blanket of darkness. For a while she imagined touching his soft hands and running her fingers through his thin, chestnut hair.

Suddenly, they heard a piercing scream echo though the field. It sounded like Mary’s voice. Jade suppressed a weak sob, her knees almost gave way before John held her by her slender waist and pressed her close as if in fear that she would die from the mere sound of the death of her best friend. Maybe she would. John touched her face tenderly but to her surprise his fingers were hot, too hot for a cold night like this. Looking up at him, she gasped weakly at the horror that her eyes perceived.

John, no, not you, she muttered even within his hold as his eyes started to take on an eerie yellow glow.

She now became aware of the fact that his hands had turned into sharp claws, aware of the fact that his hands had scratched her cheek and a drop of blood was now running down the side of her face as a result of it. With his claws tangled in her dark hair under the light of the full moon now revealed on this dark night, John proceeded to devour his third victim, Jade.

As she fell onto the long, bladed grass, a scream escaped her cherry-red lips and she would have screamed a second time but John took care of that. The sounds of dead silence sounded in the field.

Yo bro, you heard about the chick that got shredded Saturday night man? John’s friend Terry asked him with curious eyes peeking from behind his long blonde hair.

    Nope, not a word

Well that’s strange. That’s all I’m hearing these days. People are starting to get paranoid saying that maybe it’s some serial killer on the loose, yo.

Well they could be right, replied John.

Bullshit. Yeah and I’m a werewolf, Terry laughed. That’s another strange thing I’ve heard -

Who told you that? John snarled jumping off the front of the car, shocking Terry.

Geez man, what the hell yo? Terry asked with an annoyed shake of the head.

I’m sorry, said John scratching his head, It’s just that people sometimes don’t take such matters seriously and they look at it as though it’s the new hot topic. Sighing deeply he ran his fingers over his face as
