About this ebook
When Oliver’s mother marries a man from Montreal, Oliver leaves Toronto in order to be there for his mother. He is surprised and just a little concerned when his lover tells him he is making the right decision in moving away. When he meets Andre, the prodigal son of the man his mother marries, Oliver is preoccupied by the fact that his lover hasn’t contacted him since he left. As the two young men stay under the same roof while their parents are on an extended honeymoon, Oliver and Andre become fast friends. When Oliver confesses to Andre that he thinks his lover has deserted him, Andre offers to give him some lessons in the bedroom designed to lure Oliver’s lover back to his side. Will these carnal lessons lead to Oliver’s reconciliation with his Toronto lover, or take him somewhere else completely?

Chapter One
I shouldn't have been so obsessed with checking the messages on my cell phone. This was my mother's big day and yes, I was happy for her, but although I had agreed to the move, as every moment ticked by, I regretted it more and more.
Randy had promised we'd be together forever, had assured me that going to school in Montreal wouldn't come between us. We'll still be together, baby. It's only eight hundred miles. I'll visit and you'll come back on holidays.
Ten days. I'd been here ten days already and not a word from him. He hadn't called or written, not even a text asking me if I got here okay.
It was a beautiful sunny day in the middle of June. It was warm with just a light breeze blowing through the maples out in front of the church. It was a perfect day for a wedding.
I loosened the tie around my neck. I'd always hated these things, but I was an usher and I'd have to keep it on at least until the reception.
I paced a little outside the open doors of the Anglican church and took my phone out of my pants pocket for the tenth time. Nothing!
Inside, one of Charles Demers's nephews, a sixteen-year-old kid named Francois, seated the few guests that had already started to trickle in. Charles hadn't arrived yet, but I expected to see him any minute. My mother would arrive last with her former boss, Jack Macnab, who, in absence of my grandfather, would walk my mother down the aisle.
Just as I was going to put my phone away, a message from my best friend, Kenny, popped up. At least he didn't forget about me!
I chuckled as I read it. Any hot men to cruise in that city or what?
I haven't seen much of the city yet. Stuck out here on what they call the West Island. And you know I'm taken!
Yeah, yeah.
Kenny had never approved of my relationship with Randy. He's twenty-six, too old for you.
Come on, Ken, I'm twenty-one, hardly a baby.
I don't trust him.
These words echoed in my head as I read what Kenny had written next. First chance I get, I'm coming out there and we're heading for the gay village. I hear it's a great one compared to Toronto.
Yeah. We'll do it up, buddy.
I glanced up from my phone suddenly to see my future stepfather coming up the path. I told Kenny I had to go and closed the phone.
Gerald Demers was a tall man with dark hair, greying a little at the temples, but I had to admit, he was handsome and in good shape for a man of forty-three. Gerald's parents were with him and so was Marie-Louise, Gerald's oldest child from his former marriage. Her British born husband trailed behind.
Hello, Oliver,
Gerald stopped in front of me. Is Andre here yet?
He smiled, but looked stressed out.
Ah…your son? Nope, haven't seen him.
Damn.
Andre, the son I'd never seen, was supposed to be Gerald's best man.
Pierre is here though,
I added, hoping that would relieve his stress. Gerald's brother was a stand in for best man in case Gerald's son didn't make it. He appeared to have a rep for being unreliable. He's inside.
Thank you. You okay?
he asked, squeezing my shoulder.
I nodded. Fine. Good luck.
He nodded and moved on.
Hello, Oliver.
Gerald's mother smiled at me now, an older woman with a stunning complexion and short dark hair. She was English. Gerald's father spoke only French and was a quiet type. He smiled at me. "Bonjour, Olivier."
I liked the sound of my name in French, much sexier. I grinned at him. "Bonjour, Monsieur
