- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5An excellent guide to have at your fingertips if you, like me, brew a pot of echinacea at the first sign of a cold, chop up ginger root for tummy troubles, etc.--if you would rather have an ounce of plaintain in your cupboard than Sudafed PE, this is the book for you. Likewise, if you would like to be the kind of person mentioned above, this book will go a long way toward getting you there.
