His sixth-grade teacher referred to him as “Jerry, Jerry quite contrary” and a Junior High teacher, when reacting to his written assignment, remarked, “My, aren’t you being superior to judge!” These unprofessional comments only stiffened his resolve to continue on pursuing his way of looking at things despite their opinions. Things finally came to a head for him in 1970, after successfully completing licenses and certifications as a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor. This alter-ego experience did not resolve his internal uneasiness. So, he started recording his thoughts in journals that eventually led to his four volumes of The Equilibrium Texts some 53 years later. This fourth volume best encapsulates the intent of his endeavor.view less
