    This program discusses the differences between sales and marketing. He says, "marketing is the attracting of people who think they can use your products or services. Selling is converting them into customers." He says that your marketing should be so good that selling becomes unnecessary.

    To me, this program aims to motivate the salesperson to sell more and be productive. It also exposes some of the things that may cause sales to stagnate.
